Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ

I thank our God almighty for you and praying for you . Thank you much for your encouragement in the work  We are doing well we hope snowfall will gone in few weeks.  Please find the work report from  20^th January to 26th January 2008.

Statistics

1. I lead worship services in 3 congregations.
2. Had Bible Class in 3 congregations..
3. Still working for the boy who came from prison.
4. Conducted a memorial meeting.
5. Attended for a funeral.
6. Conducted 2 family prayers.
7. Visited the sic.
8. Distributed 30 copies of Truth for Today books.

I am sorry to inform you that one Bro.Ankulu was passed away on 23 of this month. He was suffered with kidney's problems. His two kidneys were damaged and not working. He was a good man and friend of me and my family . He is from Chennupalli church of Christ. I grow in the village of  Chennupalli. I helped financially in his last days. He has a good wife and two sons. He was age about 55.

Word of Lord:  Advantages being a Christian;

Introduction; We used to  count the benefits or advantages  if we do some thing. So we try to find what kind of advantages we will get if we are a Christian.

I.                   We can wear the family name: And the nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory: and you will have a new name, given by the mouth of the Lord. Isa 62:2. And finding him, it was a whole year they were gathered to them in the church and taught a considerable crowd. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch. Act 11:26. And Agrippa said to Paul, Do you persuade me to be a Christian in but a little? Ac 26:28.,1Pet:4:16.

II.                We can have food in the father's house; And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father abound in loaves, and I perish with hunger! Lu 15:17, But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.  Php 4:19.2 Pet:1:3,    Therefore do not be anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, With what shall we be clothed?, For the nations seek after all these things. For your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things.  But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you. Mt 6:31-33.

III.             As Christian we experience the fatherly care: If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father in Heaven give good things to those who ask Him? Mt 7:11. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Rom 8:28. for whom the Lord loves He chastens, and He scourges every son whom He receives." Heb 12:6. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to her, how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you would not! Mt 23:37.

IV.              The greatest advantage is as Christian we are Heirs of God:  The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God. And if we are children, then we are heirs; heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ; so that if we suffer with Him, we may also be glorified together. Rom 8:16,17

Conclusion; If we born in a family we will be heirs of the all things belongs to the family on this earth. In the same way  If any like to be a member of God's family he must born again . Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a man is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Joh 3:5   So that if any one is in Christ, that one is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Co 5:17.

We conducted a memorial meeting on 24^th evening  in the house of  Sis.Padama. His uncle was died on 24 January,2005.We used to conducted a special prayer meeting in their house every year. All of the congregation gathered in their house.
